Petal Pusher Wedding Policy


Appointments:    When you are ready to place your order, call for an appointment.  A consultant will meet with the prospective bride for the purpose of making selections and deciding final arrangements. A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your wedding date and time. No fee is charged for the consultant's services.

Changes and Cancellations:  Changes can be made up to 2 weeks prior to your wedding day.  Orders are frequently placed for perishable materials for your wedding during this time frame.  Therefore, cancellations and changes, especially on some varieties of flowers, may involve some loss and extra expense to you.

Additions to your Order may be made anytime within the limits of time and material availability.

Delivery Time Ceremony decorations and bridal flowers are generally delivered to the ceremony location well in advance of the wedding. We plan to be there at least one hour before the wedding and frequently it exceeds that time period.

Note: On the day of your wedding, please inform your minister or officiate that the church should be opened at least two hours before your wedding ceremony, so we can install whatever decorations you have ordered without undue delay or confusion.

Delivery, Set-up, Removal, Etc.:  10% of your floral order will be charged for delivery, setup and removal at the ceremony and reception locations.

Pick up of decorative rental materials is generally made the same day unless it is a late afternoon or evening wedding, in which case, pick up will be Monday with prior arrangements being made.   Rental items include all floral vases, charger plates, card holder, cake stand, table numbers and any additional rental items not specified.

Disposition of Decorative Materials: All pew bows, candles, flowers, and cut greens become property of the customer. We will assume; however, the customer does not want the materials if they are still in place when we arrive to remove the decorations. If you wish to remove any of the above listed items, remove them promptly or inform us of your intentions so we can relay the information to our personnel. At times, pick up may be within an hour of the wedding's conclusion; other times, it may be longer. Our personnel will remove all material from the ceremony location to ensure its original condition, unless otherwise instructed.

Payment: We will expect a deposit of 50% at the time the order is placed, with the remaining balance to be paid 14 days prior to the wedding date.
